The Private Residence Club (PRC) in Rosemary Beach is fractional ownership at its best, where an owner can relax and enjoy a worry-free experience. Elite Alliance manages the property, so there are no hassles with maintenance, and the owner enjoys all the benefits of private ownership which includes the private beach, four community pools, private homeowner pool, and the rooftop pool at the Private Residence Club, while staying during their reserved stay.
